Margaret Lawrence traveled to the United States from England in 1587. She was one of the few females of The 1587 Colonists.

 The Margaret Lawrence Room is a suite and contains a queen-sized cherry cannonball bed with a trundle below, and a sleeper sofa in the adjacent sitting area. The suite has a wetbar with a microwave and refrigerator, a television, VCR and in room safe. The private bath contains a heated towel bar. Room 17 is located on the 2nd Floor, southeast corner, with a partial ocean view. The suite's adjacent sitting area has a sleeper sofa, and a wetbar with a microwave and refrigerator.
