Elizabeth Glane traveled to the United States from England in 1587. She was one of the few females of The 1587 Colonists.

 The Elizabeth Glane Room has a king-sized cherry rice bed with a trundle bed and a sleeper sofa in the sitting area. The suite has an small kitchenette and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi, separate toilet and shower rooms. There is also a television and a VCR, in room safe and heated towel bar. Located on the 2nd Floor, north center, the Elizabeth Glane room connects to Room 11. The adjacent sitting area has comfortable armchairs, a sleeper sofa, and the kitchenette contains a sink, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave and a refrigerator. This suite includes a tiled bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi, large pedestal sink, and heated towel bar. The toilet and shower are in a separate, adjoining room.
