COVID-19 Status Page

We look forward to welcoming you to the Outer Banks! Please review the important information below, outlining the changes to our practices and services for the safety of you and our staff. If you have any questions please contact our office, we are open from 9am – 7pm. 

Check-Ins:
Our front desk is open, allowing guests to check in through our office. A touchless option is still available to our guests, please contact our office and we can prepare a key packet for you to pick up from our key drop box. 

During your stay:

Should you need assistance during your stay please stop by the front desk or contact our office by phone  and a member of our staff will be able to assist you.  

Please note our breakfast and afternoon social will still be provided during your stay, in compliance with the CDC guidelines. Please see details below. We will continue to evolve and modify our practices to be within the guidelines issued by the CDC for restaurants.

Breakfast Service: 

In adherence to dining guidelines we have opened our dining room with limited seating.  Dining times are assigned by room and are provided at check-in. We are pleased to also offer a “to-go” option, available for pickup at our desk between 8:30am – 9:30am for guests who prefer to dine in their room or on our grounds.

Social Hour: 

To adhere to dining guidelines we have amended our social to provide both an in-person and “to-go” option, from 5pm-6pm daily. Please note our dining room seating is limited, however you are welcome to enjoy your wine and snacks in your room, on our decks or on our grounds.

Pool Access:

Our pool will be open from mid-May through mid-October.  Please note we have limited the pool chairs available to adhere to pool guidelines.  Additionally, the CDC recommends social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID19. We ask all guests to stay 6 feet away from other swimmers and guests while using the pool, and pool deck.

Check-Outs:

When checking out, please return your rooms keys to the front desk or in our drop box located outside of our office.

Preventative Measures:
Our housekeepers are taking additional measures to ensure all rooms are cleaned and sanitized.    

  • Please note daily housekeeping services will not be available during this time, to reduce exposure and contact during your stay. Additional amenity items will be provided in your room based on the length of your stay. Should you require additional towels, toiletries, etc. please contact our office by phone to have them delivered to your room.
  • We are using cleaning products specifically approved by the EPA for the COVID-19 virus and have a dedicated focus on sanitizing all major touch points.

Cancellation Policy for COVID Restrictions:
If we are unable to host you, due to our area being closed to visitors due to COVID19, we would proactively contact any impacted guests and offer to cancel (with refund), or reschedule the dates of the reservation.
