Reunions, Retreats and Special Events

Welcoming guests to the Outer Banks since the 1930s

Constructed in the 1930s, and originally named LeRoy’s Seaside Inn, First Colony Inn has hosted weddings, family reunions, group retreats, special events, and workshops. Our expansive grounds provide a blank slate allowing you to customize our space to your event. Indoor common areas are also available for smaller gatherings and workshops. Groups of all sizes are welcome!

Able to host groups of 5 to 400 we welcome your group no matter the size.
