Constructed in the 1930s, and originally named LeRoy’s Seaside Inn, First Colony Inn has hosted weddings, family reunions, group retreats, special events, and workshops. Our expansive grounds provide a blank slate allowing you to customize our space to your event. Indoor common areas are also available for smaller gatherings and workshops. Able to host groups of 5 to 400 we welcome your group no matter the size.
